Patrick and I coined the name Holocia from two Greek roots. The first will be familiar to you, meaning holistic. The second is ousia, meaning essence, or nature. This reflects our intention of having integrity - both ethical integrity (honesty and trustworthiness), and structural integrity (consistency and coherence) - at our core and throughout our company and projects.
We’ll be the first to admit that we are fallible humans, so we hope you will forgive us and kindly point it out when we fall short of our goals of coherence and consistency.
Nature Towns and Nature Farms are very much community-centered projects with massive benefit to the members. We can’t do them without you, and we hope you will help to keep us on the straight and narrow.
